Hi my name is Cindy Lou and I have been in the travel industry for over 14 years.
Prior to being a Travel Consultant, I had been taking business classes thru the University of Minnesota, Mankato as a part time student and a ‘stay at home Mom’. Shortly after completing my Micro Econ class, it dawned on me… my drive was in low gear. I didn’t want this; I wanted to be Travel Agent. I called Dakota County Technical College, and started Travel school a week later! I have always had a love for travel as well as a desire to learn about different destinations.
I have been to many beautiful destinations, both for family vacations and for business. I have seen lovely cities in the U.S., the turquoise waters of the Caribbean and the deep Pacific blue waters of Hawaii, visited Europe; France, England, Germany, Switzerland, Amsterdam… all striking in their own unique ways.
Aruba and exploring the underwater world of this amazing destination is one of my favorite destinations...I've never seen such an amazing variety of fish as I have here...it's a great place to explore.
So many people want to talk to somebody who has "been there" and I really enjoy talking about and helping clients with travel to the places I have been because I've seen them first hand. This gives you peace of mind and makes my job more exciting as well.
My future travel plans include Italy, Australia, Turks & Caicos, and an Alaska cruise.
